Ms. Nita Hindocha is a well regarded lecturer with over 10 years of teaching experiences specializing in business modules for LCCI, ITE, and CIE. She is also an English language teacher for 'O' Levels academic students; providing student counseling, writing educational materials, designing of trial question papers, and courseware development for BMC Academy. Over the years, she has groomed many LCCI students to achieve world and country medal award winners.
Mr. Douglas Koh have joined his teaching career with BMC since 2002. He had been in the IT industry for about 10 years as end-user trainer for software application after graduated from the National University of Singapore with Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
He have been tasked to teach O-Level Combined Scince subjects in the beginning and throughout the years have moved ontp A-Level Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics; as well as conducting both 'O' and 'A" level science practical laboratory.
He later obtained the Cambridge International Diploma for Teacher/Trainer (CIDTT) and Diploma in Counselling Psychology which helped him develop better teaching skills and understand various learners' behaviors. He recently had completed 4 out of 6 modules of Advanced Certificate Training and Assessment (ACTA) introduced by the Singapore Workforce Agency (WDA) which allowed him to understand more on adult learning based concepts (andragogy) as most of his learners are adolescents to working adults.
After having secured her Bachelor Degree in Education (History & English), she started her career as a teacher in 1988 with reputable institutions. She soon equipped herself with a Masters Degree in History.
She migrated to Singapore in 1995 and continued to teach upon registration with the MOE. She had been with Yuhua Secondary School fromm January 1996 to January 1997. The she was absorbed into Swiss Cottage Secondary School where she taught from February 1997 to November 1998. She enjoyed good recognition in both the schools where she taught English History for different levels.
Since March 2003 she was with BMC as a full-time lecturer teaching English Language for 'O' Level and 'A' Level classes. Everyday awaits a new surprise and new learning experience which had molded her to be more than a teacher to her students from different walks of life.
Mr Kefli in a trained NIE teacher with 15 years teaching experience in local secondary schools.
Mr Yeo spent large amount of his working life in the private sector. He has worked in diverse industries ranging from airline (SIA) to hospitality (Sentosa Deveopment Corporation) services. His job scopes and responsibilities in the companies he had worked for were essentially sales & marketing in nature.
He did relief teaching stints during his undergraduate days and taught night classes after graaduating from the then University of Singapore. Since 2003, he devoted to teaching full-time, a vocation which he finds both challenging and meaningful.
Mr Iqbal has a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Mathematics, and he also has Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the NIE. He has 15 years of teaching experience and he currently teaches 'O' Level Combined Physics, E.Maths & A.Maths, and 'N' Level Mathematics.
